alright you duders.
germany is still freakin rad. my vacation is going by too fast.
but i have to share something with you, that we found up on the plateau today, where there is a commune set up by the german red cross for severely autistic folk (very, very nice people. they all want to hug and are very good at growing vegetables and flowers). they have daily jobs, where they work in a greenhouse and grow fruits and veggies (the right way), and also they tend to these really awesome cows, and take care of a few horses and such.
this is my new friend. i want you to be very very polite to him. his name is mr. g.m. fluffers.

spent the night at sasha's last night with jen. we went to rocky's from like 8-10, did the norm (played house of the dead 4, in the groove, and the dancing game you play with your hands as well as pinball and ms pacman), then went to blockbuster and dunkin donuts. watched hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy and ate donuts and probably had a little too much fun whilst going to sleep.

oh jeez and saturday night!! michael and jen and i jammed at sasha's for a bit with my keyboard, sasha's guitar and michael's macbook which was really realy fun, then i worked, and then we saw speed racer, which was really, really incredible. i didn't expect to like it half as much as i did, but the effects were cool and it really did the original justice, right down to the casting (which was brilliant). afterwards we went to steak and shake (ARE YOU STEAKIN FOR STEAKINSHAKE?!!), where jen proceeded to jump out of a car.

wow.

woo! we went to the beach today! i got a super mega ultra sunburn but it was a lot of fun. i went with sasha, jen, and michael and we met up with some of michael's friends for like and hour and a half but it was boring and we were hungry so we headed off to new smyrna, stopped at a decrepit little thrift store that was actually pretty cute in the middle of rural oakhills on us1, then went to flagler beach. after, we dropped michael off and came back to sasha's house for a KOOL POOL PARTY and generally had a ball, it was sweet.

i'm glad i didn't have to work! i was worried because i almost committed myself to working but realized that i told them to call me if they needed me but i got nary a phone call all day :)

what a weekend.

i'm feeling quite lonely for some reason.
i think the last few days have unfolded in kind of an odd way. though it's been mostly a lot of fun and very positive there's always something, isn't there?
well i've kind of been bickering with jen - correction, we bickered for like two seconds and then she avoided me entirely for a day and a half - which is just asinine and hard to deal with.
rick's dad is here all surprise like so it feels like i don't have any privacy.

I MADE THE COOLEST FUCKING CAKE!!!
bahaha, it's my mom's birthday, so i made her what was quite possibly the coolest cake in the history of everything.

it's a white cake, made from scratch with a dollop of cream cheese added, and instead of frosting, i used cheesecake filling in between the layers and as part of the icing. for the icing, i used one part cream cheese frosting from a can and like two parts cheesecake filling, then used purple food coloring and star decors to top it all off.

it's soooo yummy, and cuuute!!
